1:1, 2:1 & Small Group Personal Training have all resumed. Under current restrictions, there will be a maximum of 5 participants indoors & 10 participants outdoors.
To ensure safety of all clients & local community I ask that if you are unwell or showing any signs of the the virus that you please do not attend your session.
All equipment will be wiped down with antibacterial wipes after use & before sharing equipment. Hand Sanitiser will be available for all participants. Masks are to be brought along & worn to indoor classes & PT's but are not required to be worn during vigorous exercise. Thank you for your support
