YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY offers Personal Training on a One on One basis and in Small Group sessions. The classes have a maximum of 10 participants and are suited to all fitness levels. The classes are varied each session and incorporate a fully body workout designed to work multiple muscle groups to achieve maximum results. Restricted class numbers ensures attention is given to mastering correct technique and relevant progression is encouraged to improve performance and strength.
