CHANGES TO OPERATIONS DURING CURRENT COVID RESTRICTIONS
Due to recent COVID restrictions I am only currently running Personal Training sessions on a 1on1 or 2on1 basis. All Personal Training sessions are run outdoors & arranged via appointment. Equipment is not being used during this time & clients are required to bring their own mat, towel and water bottle. 1st time personal training clients will be supplied with a theraband to use and bring along to future sessions. A mask is not required to be worn during vigorous exercise but must be brought along with you to wear before & after the session. To ensure safety of all clients & local community I ask that if you are unwell or showing any signs of the virus that you do not attend your session. Thank you for your support
