Join a Fitness Class
I have developed my small group personal training classes to fit the specific needs of my clients.
Attending my classes provides a social way of getting fit and the enjoyment of being part of a group working towards a common fitness goal.
Each class is designed to provide a full body workout focusing on strengthening & toning muscles to help support joint movement & everyday activities. A variety of different exercises & weights are offered. Exercises are modified or progressed to suit individual fitness levels and any injuries.
