Classes vary each session with a variety of functional strength exercises along with optional short bursts of cardio to maximise weight loss, strength and toning.
Exercises performed using body weight, TRX and a variety of weights including dumbbells, kettlebells and weighted balls
60 minutes classes include warm up, workout & cool down
Exercises modified & progressed to accommodate all fitness levels
