Having not been to a gym for nearly 2 years I found it really hard to inspire myself to go back again. Sick of the same gym routines and classes, and a busy mum of 3 kids I really couldn’t be bothered trying to find time to fit the gym into my busy schedule. However, since joining Karen in her fitness sessions I am inspired again! I leave class feeling motivated, refreshed and the weight has fallen off me… I feel fit again! And, there is NO way in large gym environment customers are getting the attention we really need when exercising and using weights. With Karen’s attention to detail she ensures we are exercising correctly to get the most benefit. It turns out I was doing a simple lunge incorrectly for about 20 years!

I’ve never been one for going to gym for a workout so the small size strength class run by Karen is perfect for me! Karen is very good at taking time throughout class to make sure your doing exercises correctly & pushing you to achieve great results! The classes always have a good vibe about them & I love the variety of exercises. I look forward to it every week.
